ETHICAL QUALITY
This is not compromised in terms of the respect owed to the Client (in particular concerning confidentiality), to internal colleagues, external colleagues (ethics) or to the different parties encountered during a project.
When it comes to impact studies, our top priorities are intellectual independence and the quality requirement. In invitations to tender, we therefore offer a price commensurate with these requirements. Moreover, we sometimes have no choice but to refuse assignments for which we do not have full guarantees regarding independence.
This policy has gradually enabled us to benefit from tremendous trust on the part of the public authorities; for when all’s said and done, experience is the asset that our clients value most.
INTELLECTUAL QUALITY
Four measures ensure the quality of our work:
An integrated approach
All members of the team are either all-rounders with a high capacity for synthesis, or specialists active in a given sector. From the outset, they work in a transverse fashion, constantly informing each other of the issues and problems encountered.
High motivation
In terms of hierarchy, we favour the method of operation whereby responsibility is encouraged on the basis of tasks distributed according to capabilities and motivations. The whys and wherefores of a project are explained to the whole team and everyone’s work is recognised in the acknowledgements; the staff benefit from a high degree of scientific and organisational autonomy, while at the same time being firmly bound by an obligation of results. Their suggestions are listened to and valued, which leads to high motivation and considerable internal competitiveness, thereby driving performance.
Good organisation
The transverse approach requires solid organisation. For this reason, the development of each study is first subject to:
- the appointment of a coordinator responsible for the project. Needing to possess human (listening, mediating, decision-making, etc.) and intellectual (capabilities, experience) qualities, they coordinate all procedures (administrative, scientific and relational management) and report to a partner specifically appointed as project manager.
- a precise organisational chart of the tasks, identifying those responsible for each task.
- a precise schedule of tasks regularly updated by a specialised member of staff.
In addition, a weekly meeting brings together the team as a whole.
Continuous and objective skills evaluation
We don’t hesitate to assign new staff or recruit external consultants if our own team proves to be insufficient in a certain field.
A practical policy for soft mobility
Through the choice of its location along a tramline connected to the metro and next to an RER station, our structure encourages the increased use of public transport, whether for attending meetings or making site visits.
The eco-label
For greater respect of the environment, the ACP Group team improves its practices on a daily basis, most notably in terms of waste management, mobility and energy choices. The professionalism of this initiative has been recognised by the IBGE via the granting of an ecolabel and a star.
